Shandong Healsee Capsule Ltd., founded in 2014 and located in the Economic Development Zone of Zhoucun District, Zibo City, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Head Group. It is dedicated to the R&D, production, and sales of HPMC empty capsules. With a fully automatic vegetable capsule production line, an intelligent constant temperature three-dimensional storage system and self-developed raw materials and formulas, the company is mature and stable in production technology, and has been rated as a national "high-tech enterprise", a "green factory", a provincial "specialized and innovative" small and medium-sized enterprise, an "invisible champion" enterprise of small and medium-sized enterprise in Shandong Province and a "gazelle enterprise" in Zibo City. The production capacity of our HPMC vegetable capsules is 35 billion per year, making us an international enterprise for vegetable capsule R&D and production.
Healsee vegetable empty capsules use a derivative of plant cellulose - hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) as raw material. No preservatives are added in the production process, and there are no toxic and harmful substances, and ethylene oxide is not used for disinfection. The product meets the needs of special religions, cultures, and diets, effectively avoiding the risk of animal-derived diseases. Compared with traditional gelatin capsules, vegetable empty capsules have some unique advantages such as low moisture content, strong chemical stability, high toughness, no crispness, and dissolution not affected by pH value.
